In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, we here at Indiana Scale Company are open and operational, ready to do our part to help. We are standing strong to ensure every industry has the weighing instruments they need to accurately distribute food, medicine and critical supplies through emergency and transportation supply lines.
We would like to send our thoughts and prayers out to everyone impacted by this worldwide pandemic. To those personally affected, to both you or your family, and to all the workers and their loved ones that have been impacted due to shutdowns or layoffs, we are praying for you. Together as a nation, we will fight and prevail by staying strong in body and thoughts.
Safe Practices
We have implemented a strict protocol of containment and control by restricting all unnecessary outside sources at our factory, allowing no one on site except authorized delivery and LTL drivers. And to keep our staff safe, we’ve instituted a policy of social distancing practices, with daily check-ins to ensure the health and well-being of our employees.
Hours of Operation
To better serve you, we have extended our Monday – Thursday hours of operation to process and ship as many orders as possible. And to give our employees an extra day off to allow them to be with their families during this trying time, and to maintain their health and well being, we will be temporarily closed on Friday. Any questions emails or order received on Fridays will be answered and processed on the following Monday.

High Demand Lead-Time
If you have a current order already placed or plan to order soon, please note that we are working diligently to process and ship out product as soon as possible. With high demand, it may require additional lead time to get this done efficiently, as our inventory levels gets depleted and we are forced to wait on deliveries.
